The youth clinic for ages 9 to 13 will run 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Cost is $30.
The high school clinic for ages 14 to 17 will run 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cost is $45.

Free Kahuku coaches clinic
The HFC will also host a free coaches clinic, featuring Kahuku High coach Reggie Torres and his coaching staff, on Friday, July 13 at Waiakea High cafeteria. The clinic will start at 6 p.m. and is open to interested coaches and parents.

The HFC will also host a free players clinic, featuring Torres and his coaching staff, on Saturday, July 14 at the Waiakea High football field.
The youth clinic for ages 7 to 13 will run from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The first 50 participants to register will receive a free clinic T-shirt, while supplies last.

HFC non-tackle and tackle seasons
HFC will also be offering a non-tackle football season for grades 3 and 4 (ages 7 to 9). HFC will still offer tackle football for grades 5 and 6 (ages 9 to 11), as well as grades 7 and 8 (ages 11-13).
